Our Lead Instructor
Katherine Jarvis is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and Women’s Health Education Leader. Her educational background is a Baccalaureate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and a Master of Science in Marketing. She has over 20 years of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine as a Lead Sonographer, Sonographer Educator, and Ultrasound Practitioner in multi-sonography modalities. Her sonography experience includes the NIH at the Perinatology Research Branch, Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Michigan, and Ascension Providence Hospitals.
She is a passionate clinical educational specialist who loves teaching sonography. She has an exciting background as an application specialist with GE Healthcare. Katherine enjoys spending time with her daughters and fur babies. She is an aspiring children’s author and illustrator and loves gardening and kayaking.
